Dr Svetozar Rajak chaired the panel on 'Serbia's European Challenges'

The panellists, Sir Ivor Roberts| (President of the Trinity College at Oxford University), Laza Kekic (Economist Intelligence Unit), Dr Nicholas Whyte| (Independent Diplomat and former Europe Programme Director at the ICG) and Dr Ismail Musabegovic |(Belgrade Banking Academy and Preseident of the Serbian LSE Alumni Association) expressed their views on numerous challenges and possible options that lay ahead of Serbia in the near future.

The panel is part of the 'Days of Alternative Culture, Art and Science at LSE'|, presented by the Serbia LSE Alumni Association and the Fund for Social and Democratic Initiatives (FoSDI). From the 5th to the 14th of October the LSE will hosta series of academic, artistic and cultural events that aim at presenting an independent, non-governmental view on contemporary Serbia.

The event will take place on Thursday 13 October 2011 at 6:00pm in the Wolfson Theatre (New Academic Building), LSE
