Research Assessment Exercise 2008: LSE Health and Social Care

LSE Health and Social Care has a national and international reputation for high-quality research within the fields of health policy, health economics, social care policy and mental health economics and is part of the Department of Social Policy. The Department of Social Policy leads the field nationally, whether ranked by grade point average or by the percentage of research receiving the top 4* grade, with 50 per cent of its research recognised as world-leading, and 100 per cent ranked at international level. The Centre was one of the largest contributors to this assessment.
