For the first time in history there has been a very real sense (at least in the UK) that extreme poverty will be eradicated in the world. Barbara Stocking will talk about the implications of the major steps forward on aid and the challenges this brings for developing countries themselves.
Barbara Stocking joined Oxfam GB as director in 2001.
