Undergraduate Degree Programmes

Page Contents >

At undergraduate level, the department teaches three degrees: BSc Economic History, BSc Economics and Economic History and BSc Economic History with Economics.

Undergraduate students can either study economic history alone in a single honours degree, or combine it with the study of economics in a joint honours degree, or as a major subject with a minor in Economics. Within the degrees students may choose between 'economic' courses, 'quantitative' and 'non-quantitative' courses, as well as from a range of geographical areas and time periods.

For a more structured degree with less choice students should consider one of the joint degrees.

All degrees involve studying twelve courses over the three years.
