To make donations or pay for membership please download the Membership form| and return it either with a cheque, a direct debit form or a credit card form.
Alternatively telephone 0207 955 7539 to pay by credit card or join by any of these methods at most Forum events.

Department members
All full time members of staff are eligible for membership benefits provided their details are passed on to the Forum
