Alan Bekhor has been running a metal-trading company in the City of London for twenty years, but studies philosophy in his spare time. As a representative of the "interested public", he has been an enthusiastic supporter of the Forum for European Philosophy from its inception.
His particular interests are in German Idealism and the Philosophy of Religion. As part of the Forum Philosophy and Religion Series, he recently gave a paper, The Limit of Knowledge, which gives a philosophical account of Jewish Mysticism.
