Biography
Marco Dani is Lecturer in Comparative Public Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Trento. In the same institution he completed his PhD and worked as research assistant. He was Emile Nöel Fellow at the Jean Monnet Center of the NYU School of Law (2004/05) and, more recently, Marie Curie Fellow at the European Institute of the London School of Economics (2009/10). He has published in European Law Journal, European Journal of International Law, International Journal of Constitutional Law, European Law Review, Yearbook of European law, Maastricht Journal of European and Comparative Law, Quaderni Costituzionali and Diritto Pubblico Comparato ed Europeo. His research focuses on the intersections between European public law and the law of the single market. He is currently working on a monograph on social conflicts, integration and European law.
