Research Fellow
Jenny Kuper is a Research Fellow in the Department of Law. She is also associated with the Development Studies Institute as well as the Centre for the Study of Human Rights. Her expertise and research interests include international law relating to children in armed conflict situations; international human rights law; humanitarian law/laws of war; children's rights - law and policy; and United Nations matters.
Her publications include International Law Concerning Child Civilians in Armed Conflict, OUP, 1997 and Children and Armed Conflict - Some Problems in Law and Policy, Revisiting Children's Rights: a decade on from the Children's Convention, ed D Fottrell, Kluwer, 2000.
