The Department of International Development offers/co-offers nine Masters programmes. The two largest programmes are the MSc in Development Studies| and the MSc in Development Management |administered by the Department, with options available across the School.
We offer six additional degrees jointly with other departments and institutes: MSc Anthropology and Development, MSc Environment and Development, MSc Political Economy of Late Development, MSc Population and Development, MSc Urbanisation and Development, and the MPA International Development. Links to these programmes are shown on the left.
Please note that queries about the joint degree programmes should be addressed to the other host department which is responsible for administration and not to International Development.
Applications to MSc Development Studies and MSc Development Management
Please note that these are extremely popular programmes. We often fill the programmes by January/February (for October start), so we advise you to submit applications in October-December if possible.
