The Big Fat International History Pub Quiz of the Year
Date: Tuesday 22nd November
Place: The Underground (down the stairs in the Three Tuns)
Time: 7pm till 10pm
We hope that you are all having a good start to the week as the November nights draw in.
In order to take your mind off history essays, we've decided to hold a pub quiz based around history (perhaps we didn't think that one through).
The kind-hearted members of the Faculty will be popping along as well lend their collective brain power to the various teams, being a competitive bunch, be careful not to get caught in any cross-team debates over the questions.
If you want to bring a friend along that would be great, although we may ask for a donation of £2 so they can become full members of the best History Society at the LSE.
History Department and Society Meet and Greet
The now traditional meet and greet (it's only three years old, but that is still a tradition) is a great chance to meet your new committee and fellow history society members. Many exalted members of the History Faculty have said that they will be popping along as well, so please come early to ensure that you beat the crowd that will inevitably surround them.
