Research and Publications

My thesis is a biography of the Pan-Africanist, George Padmore, and looks in particular at communication lines within the African diaspora and the role of colonial (especially West African) newspapers in the anti-colonial movement. General research interests include African history, African diasporic history, anti-imperial movements, and migration.
