LSE China Careers Fairs 2012
LSE Careers is once again collaborating with Imperial, Oxford and Cambridge to bring you the China Careers Fairs in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong. Last year’s China fairs proved very successful with several LSE attendees obtaining placements and job offers as a result of attending the events.
If you are looking for a job or an internship in a Western multinational or a Chinese company you might be interested in attending our China fairs held in Beijing (Monday 3 September 2012), Shanghai (Wednesday 5 September 2012) and Hong Kong (Monday 10 September 2012).
For further information and to apply please visit the LSE China Careers Fairs website.

How to prepare for employer fairs
Watch this seminar recording by careers adviser, Judith Baines, for advice on how to prepare and approach careers fairs, what to expect and how to ensure you make the most of the unique opportunities they provide.
Dress code
Employers expect to see students and won't expect you to be dressed for the office but you could be meeting potential employers, so do consider your appearance. We normally recommend smart-casual. For the law, finance and consultancy fairs we would encourage students to dress appropriately for those sectors. This doesn't mean you should purchase a new suit, but it should look as if you have made an effort to appear smart!
