Interfaith Forum

The Chaplain convenes the LSE Interfaith Forum which has existed for several years and brings together all the LSE SU Faith Societies with three purposes:

  1. to generate cohesion between groups on campus
  2. to promote a dialogical approach to faith in the modern world, between faiths and with secular disciplines
  3. to collaborate in shared concerns, both of advocacy for religious faith in hostile times and in the pursuit of justice and peace.

In recent years the Interfaith Forum has organised trips to places of worship in London such as the North London Mosque and St Paul's Cathedral. We have also held a 'Faiths Fair' in Houghton Street during Interfaith Week and hosted film screenings and discussions.
