The Conference and Events Office is part of the External Relations Division. Our responsibilities include:

Organising, promoting and delivering the LSE Public Lecture Programme

Organising, promoting and delivering the Arts and Music programme

Organising and delivering the LSE Asia Forum

Organising School events including the Director's Reception for Academics, the Director and Secretary's Reception for Administrative and Technical Staff (Christmas Party), the Director's Christmas Party for the Children of Staff, the Honorary Fellows Dinner, and the summer Party on the Plaza

Providing an internal room booking service

Providing advice and support to LSE departments organising events

Hiring out space at LSE to commercial customers

Managing the Peacock Theatre and BOX and working with external/internal customers to plan, organise and deliver events being held in these venues.
