Your adverts should be efficient and effective by accurately informing candidates about the job.
When advertising a job you should:

Competitive salary or Negotiable salary - salary is so low that the company is afraid to reveal it or salary policies are so incoherent that the company has no idea what to offer until someone tells them what he or she wants.
