Notice to occupants and users of the Towers buildings
This is a notice to the occupiers and users of the Towers buildings of the upcoming works to refurbish and upgrade the existing reception areas to Towers 1 & 2.
LSE Estates Division will shortly commence the refurbishment works at the Reception areas to Towers 1 & 2. The project aims to modernise the main circulation areas of the Towers, improve security to both buildings, provide accessible 
facilities to users with special needs and pleasant external environment around Clements Inn Passage. The ground floor space will be reconfigured to become one spacious Reception with a single entrance directing users to both, Tower 1 & 2.
The existing entrances to Towers are currently separated by a loading bay and waste crushing unit. These areas will be removed and a new foyer created in order to combine the available space to provide a spacious and welcoming entrance to the building. 
The project forms part of the recent £5m Tower 1 teaching and office space refurbishment.
