Laptop surgery hours vary from week to week in order to match demand. The laptop surgery is held in room S198, St Clements Building.
Staff and research students:
Staff and research students with personally-owned laptops are welcome to attend the Laptop Surgery during term and in vacation. They can also request an appointment for assistance. Appointments are scheduled for the hour immediately following the closure of the laptop surgery, during term-time only. To make an appointment, please email: ITS.Remote.Support@lse.ac.uk|.
Staff and research students with LSE-owned laptops should contact their IT support team| for assistance.
