Swedish therapeutic massage

Therapeutic Massage is the manipulation of soft tissues in the body for a general feeling of well-being.  It is highly beneficial to relieve muscular and emotional tension, improve blood circulation, reduce stress, help against insomnia, and has an overall long-lasting relaxing effect on the body.

Deep tissue massage

Deep Tissue Massage incorporates sports massage techniques for anyone who requires deeper tissue manipulation rather than just a relaxing massage. Tends to be more focused on problem areas. Good for those tense and knotty muscles!

Sports injury and massage

Sports massage is the use of massage and advanced techniques for the treatment and prevention of sports injuries. It can be used as part of a training program to help prevent injury, as part of a rehabilitation program to treat injury, as part of a warm-up before an event and as part of the wind-down after the event. Not only for people active in sports - beneficial for all kinds of over-use injuries or posture related problems.
