Mission statement/Objective

We aim to provide:

  • a high quality service to parents, supporting the care and development of young children from birth to five
  • a loving environment which will help your child to feel settled and cared for
  • childcare and education that enables children to reach their potential and equips them to be questioning, confident individuals with a positive attitude for learning

The main objective of LSE Centre is to provide a safe and happy, stimulating environment for babies and children up to 5 years. Your children are left in the hands of highly qualified nursery nurses and experienced staff.

We ensure that your child is left in a safe, clean and friendly, yet exciting atmosphere. Parents can feel relaxed in the knowledge that their child is in a well-supervised nursery, and can be assured that their child is receiving the highest quality of care.

At LSE Centre, we:

  • Encourage the emotional, social, physical, creative and intellectual development of children.
  • Encourage positive attitudes, and develop confidence and self - esteem.
  • Provide an atmosphere that stimulates interests and each child's imagination.
  • Help parents achieve a work-life balance, by offering flexible hours, home-cooked meals, and by accepting Nursery Vouchers and assisting with providing information for Working Family Tax Credits.
  • Our staff are either fully qualified nursery nurses or equivalent for example teacher, nurse or midwife. Our fully vetted students are working towards accredited childcare qualifications.

Our Manager is highly qualified in childcare as well as Childcare Assessor and having two children of her own and leads a stable team of committed Nursery professionals. Our Senior Officers are fully qualified in Early Years Childcare and Education
