sQuid

sQuid provides the option for contactless payment for goods and services from a variety of vendors on campus using your student ID card.  There is no obligation to use the sQuid option on your Student ID card.  However, by doing so you may be eligible for special offers and promotions run by LSE and participating retailers.

Please note that your sQuid card is not connected to your LSE Wallet and cannot be used to top-up your printing account.

To activate and use the sQuid application, and to learn more on how to use it once it's been enabled, visit www.squidcard.com/LSE| and register your card.  You can then add funds using a credit card, debit card or through a transfer from your bank account.

Early payment reward

Students who pay their fees early may be eligible for an Early Payment Reward|. This reward is added to your sQuid account and can then be spent at participating locations.  Visit the Fees Office website to learn more about how to claim your reward.

Lost, stolen or damaged cards

If your ID card becomes lost, stolen or damaged, it is very important that you put a hold on your account immediately by following the directions provided on the Student ID card page|.

Updating your contact details with sQuid

If your contact details have changed, you must update this information both in LSE for You and on the sQuid card website.  When you update your contact details on sQuid, your details will not be automatically updated on LSE for You, and vice versa.  Please keep your contact details up to date in both locations at all times.

Contacting sQuid

sQuid is a separate organisation and most queries regarding your account should go directly to their customer service team| via their website. The Student Services Centre is unlikely to be able to assist with many sQuid account related issues.

If your questions is regarding the Early Payment Reward, please contact the Fees Office|.
