Location & Opening hours
Tickets may be collected in person from the Student Services Centre|, Ground Floor, Old Building, at the following times:
Wednesday 11 July, 10.00-17.00
Thursday 12 July, 8.00-17.00
Friday 13 July, 8.00-17.00
If you are collecting your tickets on the ceremony day, please allow plenty of time to collect your tickets, academic dress and degree certificate (Masters and Bachelor degrees only), particularly if you are attending a morning ceremony.

If you are attending a 14.00 or 17.00 ceremony, and are collecting tickets on the ceremony day, your tickets will be available from 10.45am.

You will need to produce your student card or another form of photo ID (e.g. passport or driving license) in order to collect your tickets.

Please note that we cannot send tickets in the post.

Graduands who owe money to the School will not be able to collect tickets and attend the ceremony until outstanding fees are paid.

Neither student nor guest tickets are transferrable between students.
Cancellations
If wish to cancel your booking, please email ceremonies@lse.ac.uk|.
Ede and Ravenscroft|, the suppliers of academic dress, will normally refund the cost of gown hire if you do not successfully complete your degree, but please contact them directly for further details. Should the need arise, it is your responsibility to contact Ede and Ravenscroft| to arrange a refund.
