These web pages provide information about all aspects of the presentation ceremony day.
A schedule is available from July 2012 Ceremonies|.
On the day, graduands should arrive in good time to collect tickets|, academic dress| and degree certificates| (Masters and Bachelors only).
The ceremony will last for approximately 60 to 90 minutes and the post-ceremony reception will last for approximately 60 minutes.
Here is a break down of what to expect on the day:

Ticket collection: Tickets are available for graduands to collect from the Student Services Centre counter.

Academic dress collection: Gowns may be collected from and returned to the Student Services Centre Atrium.

Degree certificate collection: Certificates may be collected from the Vera Anstey Room. To keep queuing time to a minimum, we recommend collection your certificate before your ceremony.

The Ceremony: Describes what takes place during the LSE presentation ceremony.

The Reception: Lists the location of each department's post-ceremony reception. The location will also be printed on graduand tickets.

Photography: The official ceremony photographers are located in St Clement's Building.

DVDs: The official DVD of the ceremony can be purchased at the stand located in the main entrance foyer of the Old Building.

Alumni Association: Members of the Alumni office will be available at the stand located in the Vera Anstey Room foyer.

Merchandise: A range of LSE souvenirs are available from the Students' Union Shop in the East Building.

On-campus screening: A screening of each ceremony will take place on the ground floor of the 20 Kingsway Building, room KSW.G.01.

Online broadcast: There are live and on-demand webcasts of each ceremony.
