Presentation ceremonies are held twice a year: in July for students who have followed undergraduate or nine-month taught postgraduate* degree programmes, and in December for students who have followed twelve-month taught postgraduate degree programmes. MPhil/PhD** research students are presented at both the July and December ceremonies.

Please note that the 2012 Olympic Games| start 27 July 2012, so we do not anticipate the ceremonies being affected; however, we will post any relevant information on this web page as it becomes available. If you are concerned about travel and accommodation, we advise that graduands and their guests make bookings as early as possible.

*Departments will be allocated specific dates/times in the months prior to the event and the schedule will be posted on the this web page.
Location
All ceremonies take place in the Peacock Theatre|.
*Nine-month taught postgraduate students should note that, if you have followed a nine-month degree programme but have taken an option from a twelve-month programme, it may not be possible for you to be presented until the December ceremony that year.
**MPhil/ PhD research students must be awarded by 30 April to attend the July ceremonies, and 30 September to attend the December ceremonies. If you do not receive notification in time then you will be eligible to attend the next ceremony.
