Drop-in sessions offer an opportunity to discuss your circumstances face-to-face and in depth with the appropriate members of staff. No need to book in advance; just stop by during the times listed below.
There is no need to wait in the General Questions queue to speak to staff during drop-in hours. Please look for the appropriate sign advertising the service you wish to speak with and queue from there. You may be asked to add your name to a waiting list. You can then take a seat and wait until your name is called.
