How we can help you

Members of staff are always available in the Language Centre during opening hours. Feel free to approach us with any queries regarding our courses and your language learning.

Our Teaching and Learning Facilitators are available at the Language Centre Reception. You can also email us at languages@lse.ac.uk|.

We can help you:

• focus on your particular language learning needs
• with general or specific advice on language learning strategies
• find a Tandem Learning partner

Pageflakes

Our pageflakes site| has links to various online language resources and generally very interesting things about the languages we teach. Each language has it's own pagecast containing flakes which have, for example, live TV and Radio streams, links to free online courses, suggestions to improve your study skills and general information on each language.

Tandem Learning

• Would you like to practise the language you're learning by meeting regularly with a native speaker? The Tandem Learning Programme is a great way to supplement your language learning. It is free of charge and you can benefit whatever your language level.
• Follow this link for information on Tandem Learning and to see how to sign up to our Facebook groups.
• Once you have found a 'buddy' make sure you look through our useful tips and suggestions for tandem learning.
