I understand that at busy times this turnaround time may be longer. I understand that the price charged is per assessment/authentication. I confirm that by submitting this form I am requesting that this work be done and that I will pay the estimated cost of the work. I understand that the Language Centre will contact me to seek further approval to continue if the cost of the work is likely to exceed the estimate. I understand that I must pay the full cost of the work before receiving it back.
