Presessional Intensive Courses in English (LN904, LN905, LN906)

If you have applied to LSE or another UK university you should consider these courses to make sure you are fully prepared before you start your studies. If you have a conditional offer, or have only just matched the minimum English entrance requirement, we strongly advise you to take our Extended LN904 course.

  • All programmes have 20 hours weekly contact time
  • Each course can be booked individually
  • Suitable for all students who need to enhance their English quickly
  • A range of entry level points on offer, depending on minimum class sizes being reached
  • Geared to the specific needs of Social Science students
  • Extended (10 week), Standard (5 weeks) and Short (2 week) courses available
  • Lectures and practical classes organised between 10:00-16:00 Monday-Friday
  • Maximum class size of 12

EAP for Law: Subject Specific Programme (LN907)

This programme has 20 hours weekly contact time and is geared to those students who already have a high level of English Language competence (e.g. IELTS 7.5) and would like to concentrate on the English and skills specific to their forthcoming Law programme at LSE (or other universities in the UK)

Please note these courses are purely English for academic purposes courses and not access courses.
