Beyond the collections listed further resources for a range of legal studies can be found in the papers of political parties, pressure groups and think tanks held by the archives.
Rare books and pamphlets
LSE Archives holds over 11,000 rare books and 100,000 pamphlet. The collection has a particular emphasis on international law. The Library also holds the Edward Fry Library of International Law created as a memorial to Sir Edward Fry, formerly one of the Lords Justices of Appeal from the library of Professor Oppenheim, formerly Whewell Professor of International Law and books from the personal library of Sir Edward Fry. Most of the collection was integrated into international law section of the main library (JX) but a small number of volumes were transferred to the Rare Books collections (Reference EO): Fry Memorial Library|.
