We welcome all visitors who need to use our collections for their research although there are restrictions during our exam period.

Feedback

The Library encourages feedback from all our users. All feedback goes through to the Library’s Planning Panel who take responsibility for deriving an action plan from user feedback. In the past your feedback has influenced our decision making in many areas including our provision of electronic resources, volume of study space and photocopying charges.

We treat your feedback seriously and involve the highest levels of Library management in our aim to resolve any problems and concerns. Equally, if you've received particularly good service, or are pleased with our facilities - or perhaps a new initiative - do take a moment to let us know. Positive as well as negative comments help us monitor our service to you.
