LSE Library (also known as the British Library of Political & Economic Science) is the working Library of the London School of Economics and Political Science and one of the largest libraries in the world devoted to the economic and social sciences.

 Study spaces on LSE for you

Library Study Space Bookings  
|can be made up to 7 days in advance and for a maximum of two 3-hour slots per day.
If you want to book a seat on the Ground, 1st , 3rd or 4th floor please see the Library section of LSEforYou| .

If you‘d prefer not to book you can sit anywhere you like, at any time, on the Lower Ground and 2nd floor of the Library.

 There will be restricted access to the Library during our examination period from Monday 2 April to Wednesday 6 June 2012.

During this period academic staff and research degree students will only be able to gain access through our reciprocal membership schemes with SCONUL, M25 and University of London.
