printing photocopying

To print or copy, first add money to your copy/printing account. You can do this by using the value loaders on the first or lower ground floor, or by going to the Copy Shop in the far corner of the ground floor, where you can do top-ups of £10 or more and pay by card if you have no cash on you. Easier still, top up online using our Online Printing Payment| via LSE Wallet – don't forget to move the money from your Wallet to your printing account!

Black and white printing and copying costs 4p per A4 side, A3 copying is 8p per A3 side and colour printing is 30p per A4 side.

You can find photocopiers in the Copy Shop and lower ground floor, and printers are located throughout the Library.

How to Print

Send the file that you are working on to print as you would normally, by clicking the printer icon or selecting from a drop down menu. Next log on to a terminal next to any of the printers in the Library (or indeed, the School) and all of the documents you have sent will be retrieved and printed.

We're here to help, so if you have any printing queries please go to the IT Help Desk on the first floor. Or if you have any photocopy queries please see the Copy Shop staff on the ground floor.

More detailed information about printing in the Library and the rest of the School can be found here|.
