Help Desk staff are able to assist you with:

Locating items in the Library

Getting the most out of the Library Catalogue

Using reference materials

Accessing other libraries
Please bear in mind that although Library staff are highly trained it may be necessary to refer you to staff with specialist knowledge to answer your enquiry fully. Where possible this will be done immediately, though it may be necessary to make an appointment. Examples of enquiries that may be referred include:

Visit in person: The Help Desk is located on the first floor of the Library
Help Desk opening times:
Monday to Friday: 9am to 7.50pm
Saturday and Sunday: 11am - 5.50pm
Please note that this service point closes 10 minutes before the main service counter and opening hours can change during vacations and for public holidays. Please check the opening hours| page for seasonal variations.
