Schedule of Charges

Our charges for supplying material to requesting libraries are as follows:

UK and Ireland European Union Rest of the World
  • Loans  £9.00
  • Copies  £5.95
  • 2 IFLA vouchers
  • 1 IFLA voucher
  • Up to 3 full IFLA vouchers
  • Up to 2 full IFLA vouchers


Libraries in the UK and Ireland are billed via their British Library Deposit Account.

Libraries outside of the UK and Ireland are asked to send payment upon return of items.

Currently, we do not accept cash, cheque, credit or debit card payments.

Our fees are relative to the charges we incur when loaning material from other institutions.
