About me

Maria is the Academic Support Librarian for the Department of Law and the European Institute. Maria joined LSE in 1997 as 'law librarian' having worked previously at a city law firm library. She took over responsibility for the European Documentation Centre in 2001 and more recently, the United Nations documentation and the other  Inter-governmental organisations (IGO) materials. In addition to these responsibilities, her role in Information Services is varied and includes arranging visits and tours for external visitors, student inductions, and producing library guides.
