Michelle joined the Library in 2007 and is responsible for overseeing the Academic Support Service at LSE. She was previously responsible for LSE Research Online| and was heavily involved in the European Commission funded project NEEO which has developed a multilingual portal called Economists Online|.

Teaching and research support

Provide support for academic and academic support staff, keeping them informed of Library developments, discussing future courses and subsequent library requirements to support them. Oversee the information literacy provision from the Library and develop services in line with user feedback.
