Any international student studying at the LSE, for a period longer than six months, and with UK immigration permission to be in the UK as a student on a 'student visa' is likely to have authorisation to work in the UK subject to certain conditions:
-
Up to 20 hours a week during term time - LSE recommends 15 hours.
-
Full time hours out of term time - for masters students, this means after the end of your degree programme.
If you have any concerns about your eligibility to work in the UK during your studies (or during the period when your studies are completed and your student visa still has some time to run) then you will find the following resources useful:
-
