Biography

Dr Elliroma Gardiner is a Fellow in the Employment Relations and Organisational Behaviour Group. She is an organisational psychologist who is interested in the role of individual differences in the organisational setting. Before joining LSE, she was a Post Doctoral Research Fellow at Queensland University of Technology. She received both her PhD in Organisational Psychology and Bachelor in Psychological Science from the University of Queensland, St Lucia.
