Summer School
Through the LSE Summer School| we offer a number of short three-week management courses. These courses give a flavour of what an undergraduate management programme at LSE is like. They are designed to cultivate both a theoretical and practical interest in the problems of management and have a strong international dimension where appropriate. They aim to provoke and develop lively debates and reflect the socially critical ethos of LSE. The courses are not primarily concerned with imparting specific management 'tools' but in developing an awareness of how various managerial theories, and the social sciences generally, can help in broadening our understanding of managerial practices as well as the role of management in modern society. The courses available are:
General Course
The LSE General Course is the School's study year abroad programme which is available to students who will have completed at least two years of study in an overseas university by the time they register at the School. For further information please see the LSE General Course website|.
