Min is interested in looking at interactions among different stakeholders of a company. Building on her MSc Dissertation, 'Corporate Governance Fund's effect on its target firm value,' Min is primarily focusing on topics in corporate governance such as investor protection, labour power, managerial entrenchment, ownership structure and company incentive scheme.
Min's current research focuses on uncovering various stakeholders' influence on executive pay. She started her research by looking at lower-echelon employees' pressure on top management team's compensation. She is considering employee's direct and indirect influences over corporate governance and corporate finance structure, and her research will be extended to explore the impact employees can have on top executive pay either directly or through corporate governance distortions.
