The Mathematics Department congratulates Alexander Christou, Vanessa Do and Maathumei Vijayakumaraguru on being awarded the Cyril Offord Prize 2011| for their excellent academic achievements. The prize is awarded for outstanding performance in mathematics, and more details about it can be viewed here|.

All three students graduate from the BSc Mathematics and Economics with First Class Honours.
Maathumei Vijayakumaraguru also won an Institute of Mathematics and its Applications Prize (for best final year performance on a mathematics degree).
