Research interests
General philosophy of science, philosophy of physics, philosophy of biology, philosophy of mathematics, logic.
I am also interested in philosophy of economics, philosophy of language, epistemology and history of philosophy (in particular, history of analytic philosophy and British empiricism).
Biographical Details
Before joining LSE, Charlotte Werndl was a junior research fellow at the Queen's College, University of Oxford. She holds a PhD in philosophy from the University of Cambridge, and an MA in philosophy and an MSc in mathematics from the University of Salzburg, Austria. In 2005 she was a visiting graduate student at the Faculty of Philosophy at Duke University, US.
