This is a presentation and discussion with academics, policy makers, fathers and practitioners of findings from an ESRC study Situating Men in Global Care Chains: the migrant handyman phenomenon, which shed light on contemporary fathering practices and preferences and feed into policy debates regarding working hours, work life balance, contemporary fathering and gender equality.
