Research summary > [Click to expand]

Development of a theory of complex social systems and an integrated methodology using both qualitative and quantitative tools and methods. Applying the theory and methodology to practical problems in organisations to facilitate integration after a merger or acquisition; to 'redesign' an organisation after major restructuring; facilitating organisational learning and capacity development; enabling the emergence of a new culture, structure and ways of working, and helping to embed them; developing capacity in the organisation to use the new tools and methods.
