Dr Klecun's research interests include the implementation and evaluation of information systems. She is particularly interested in health information systems - in their organisational, inter-organisational, national and global context. She is also researching the implications of digital exclusion and responses to it. Her research is influenced by sociotechnical and critical approaches.
