The main focus of my work has been on the areas of organisational change, organisational culture and the development of new ways of organising. I have worked on organisational development and transformation through my involvement in different international research projects in Latin America and Eastern Europe. Lately I have been working on the application of complexity theory into organisations, the co-evolution of new organisational forms and the generation and sharing of knowledge in organisations.
