Stephanie Rickard is a Lecturer in the Government Department. She earned her PhD in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego in 2005; she received her MA from the University of California, San Diego and her BA in Economics from the University of Rochester. Before joining the Department of Government, she was a Lecturer in the School of Law and Government at Dublin City University and before that an Assistant Professor of Political Science at The Pennsylvania State University.
