Dr Kanazawa's research focuses on the introduction of evolutionary psychology into all of the social sciences: sociology, psychology, economics, political science, and anthropology. A common theme in his otherwise varied work is the nature and limitations of the human brain, and the consequences for modern human social life of the human brain's difficulty in comprehending and dealing with entities and situations that did not exist in the ancestral environment.
