We have a vibrant research culture at ISP, with a great diversity of research themes which draw together around the main questions and debates of contemporary societal and cultural psychology. The research we do brings to the fore the role of the psychological in social, political, economic and cultural affairs.
We uncover social psychological aspects of phenomena as diverse as knowledge processes in organisations, organisational culture and transformation, health, social change and community development, risk and new technologies, multiculturalism and intercultural dialogue, beliefs, attitudes and social representations, psychoanalytic approaches to society, and evolutionary approaches to culture and cognition.
In this section you will find more information about the research groups that have grown out of the ISP, the grants available for specific research, more about our international reach and also examples of our work including PhD papers and ISP publications.
