Course preferences at LSE
Q26. After consulting the course listings|, use the drop down menus to indicate the code and title of six courses you are currently interested in studying during your year at LSE. Please ensure that you are academically qualified to take the courses you have chosen. Unless you have declared your major sometime ago, and have a very strong background in the subject, it is unwise to take more than one 300 level course.
Ultimately you will study just four full-unit courses (or the equivalent in half-unit courses), and you will have up until the end of your fourth week at the School to change your selections, so what you tell us now need only be indicative of your interests, although it will help us assess your application. If, in order for you to receive credit from your home institution, it is essential you take a specific course at LSE please be sure to tick the appropriate box under the course title and code.

Personal statement
Your personal statement will ideally be no more than 500 words long and should have a clear academic focus, highlighting your considered interest in the courses you wish to study at LSE. LSE does not conduct interviews.
