LSE for You - Course Permission Form
In the process of making your course selection on LSE for You some of you will have found that you are not able to list one or more of your preferred courses. This is because the course is 'Available to General Course students with the permission of the teacher responsible'.
Unfortunately, at the moment, there is no mechanism on LSE for You for the course teacher responsible to indicate that they have approved your entry to their course. As a way of dealing with this, we are putting in place a paper-based system. If you wish to get approval for one of these courses you will need to do the following:
1. Print off the attached approval form and fill it in. You can cut and paste or print and attach any supporting statements you have made in the online course selection element of LSE for You. You will need one form per course.
2. Arrange to speak with the teacher responsible for the course(s) you are interested in and get them to sign the form approving your entry to the course.
3. Take the signed form to your Academic Advisor asking them to sign it and to approve the selection on LSE for You.
4. Bring the signed form to Mark Hoffman for final approval of your registration for the course.
